Common questions

When do paid plans start?

All features are free during the Dolra Access beta. You'll get plenty of notice before any billing changes, and you can always stay on the free Starter plan.

Do you take a cut of my ticket sales?

Never. Dolra charges a flat subscription fee only. Payment processing via Stripe (~2.9% + $0.30 per transaction) is billed directly to you by Stripe.

Can I switch plans later?

Yes, upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you downgrade, you keep Pro features until the end of your billing period.

What counts as an "active event"?

Any event with a future start date that is published and accepting RSVPs. Past events don't count toward your limit.
